Officer Goulet graduated from Genesee Community College with an Associates degree in Criminal Justice in 1996. 

Officer Goulet is a 1997graduate from the Rural Police Training Institute in Batavia New York.  Officer Goulet began his career as a Deputy Sheriff in Wyoming County part time in 1998 as a member of the road patrol. 

Officer Goulet began working full time in 1999 as a member of the road patrol, emergency response team, and crash investigation unit. 

 

Officer Goulet transferred to the Geneseo Police Department in 2004.  Officer Goulet currently works as a road patrol Officer, a member of the bicycle patrol, acting evidence technician, and Union President. 

 

Officer Goulet has received further education as an accident reconstruction specialist, commercial motor vehicle enforcement, and standardized field sobriety.
